  1. Enable 2-Step Verification at myaccount.google.com/security
  2. Generate an App Password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords
  3. Choose Mail + Other (Custom name) β†’ "NextGen Invoice" β†’ Generate
  4. Copy the 16-character password (e.g., abcd efgh ijkl mnop)
  5. Paste it above (with or without spaces β€” both work)
  6. Click Test Connection to verify
βœ“ Settings save instantly β€” no restart needed. Changes apply within 5 minutes for cron jobs, immediately for manual sends.

  • Invoice email (when you click Send) β€” with PDF attached
  • Reminder email (when you click Send Reminder)
  • Auto-reminders: 3 days before due, 1 day before, on due date, 7 days overdue, then every 14 days
  • Auto-reminder cron runs daily at 09:30 IST

Your account is restricted to ONE active device at a time.

If someone tries to log in to your account from a different device, your account will be immediately locked and only your admin can unlock it.

When you log in from a new device (e.g. switching from desktop to phone), you must logout from the old device first.
